Paul Blanchard is Director of Music at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Healdsburg, CA, where he is organist and choir director.  He grew up in Charleston, SC and was first drawn to the organ in his teens when his church put in a refurbished 1890’s tracker organ.  At Duke University, the strong organ faculty and wonderful instruments inspired him to begin organ study.  His teachers were Peter Marshall, David Arcus and Robert Parkins.  After college he spent 26 years in Corporate America getting an MBA and working for General Mills, Clorox, Pfizer and Visa.  Three years ago he left all that behind and is thrilled to be able to devote himself to music again.  Paul enjoys all eras of music, but he is particularly interested in Baroque organ music.

Paul will be recording service music and sermons and will post them on our website under Sermons.

He is also interested in knowing what your favorite hymns are, so write them down and turn them in at the office, in the collection plate at services, or you can drop them in an email at:
